Wholesale Guideline

Overview

• Order minimum is $250.
• The wholesale discount is 50% off of the retail price.
• Sign up here to get access to the wholesale portal or email evercoastcandle@gmail.com to order directly from us. 
• Evercoast Candles products may not be sold on third party platforms such as: Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, or Ebay.

Orders and Payment

• Wholesale orders can be placed and paid on the wholesale portal or by emailing us at evercoastcandle@gmail.com. We will send an invoice with Net 30 terms. Late payments incur a fee of 3% per day.
• Opening orders must be paid in full and paid up front. 

Shipping and Delivery

• Once shipped, you will receive a fully insured USPS or UPS tracking number. Additional shipping fees apply.
• Local wholesale buyers in Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill, NC are eligible for free delivery and drop off. 

• In the case of damaged products when receiving your delivery, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt along with a photo.

Returns and Exchanges

• Orders can only be canceled before an item is shipped out.  Once the items are shipped they can no longer be canceled.  

• Wholesale orders are not eligible for a refund. Items can be exchanged within 10 days of receipt but not after.

  To qualify for an exchange, items must be received back in new condition. Sender is responsible for covering shipping cost. 

Lead Time

Orders will ship within 1-3 weeks depending on order size and holidays. Rush order fees apply.

• Evercoast Candles photos must not be altered.
